1.HR intern (Recruitment Team) (Beijing)
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview arrangement for recruiters and hiring managers
Support team leader with vendor management;
Support campus program;
Maintain recruiting system;
Maintain interview record.

Required qualifications:
Open-minded and self motivated
Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
Strong team spirit;
Basic ability to adapt to change, strive for improvements and eager to learn new working processes, methods etc.
Service-mindedness with internal customer focus.
Excellent knowledge in the Mandarin and solid in English
Proactive to share experience and knowledge with peers.
Good computer competence
At least 4 days per week for one year

2.
Finance T&E Intern

Timing:
At least 2~3 days a week, full time preferred

Responsibilities:
Main Tasks and responsibilities
Perform checking process towards company received invoices
Perform auditing process towards T&E related expense report if required
Assist performing the filling and archiving process for accounting documents and vouchers
Perform other operational duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by T&E Manager

Qualifications:
Education / Competence / Work Attitude Requirement
Accounting/Business related degree
Strong sense of integrity and self-discipline
Excellent analytical skill and problem solving skills
A real team player with initiative and “can do” attitude who learns
Adapts quickly in an international working environment
Good spoken and written English.
Skill in Excel/Word preferred

职位名称：新浪无线实习生
职位性质：市场营销类
工作地点：北京市新浪公司

岗位职责：
1、通过筛选合格的同学将首先会在公司总部有6个月的岗位实习环节，公司提供通用能力、营销技巧、无线增值业务系统培训和轮岗见习；
2、实习期满后在全国各省及直辖市负责公司增值业务在当地的推广；
3、维护公司与电信运营商关系，保证公司业务顺利开展和进行；
4、收集电信运营商新业务发展信息并定期向公司汇报；
5、准确掌握当地市场信息，了解市场容量、经济状况、人口及消费习惯等，并建立客户档案；
6、收集竞争对手的情况，包括销量及产品资料；
7、根据运营商政策情况向公司提出新产品和营销方案；

任职资格：
1、面向全国的211高校及邮电系统专业类学校优秀学生；
2、专业为市场营销、计算机、电子商务相关专业，以男性为主；
3、2009或2010年毕业的大四学生，前提是能保证有6个月在公司总部（北京）的实习时间；
4、通过实习生计划筛选的同学，实习考核合格后，新浪将接收为正式员工，工作地点在全国各省会城市及直辖市；
5、具备良好的敬业精神与团队合作精神，优秀的沟通、协调能力、开拓能力强；
6、需要学生自配笔记本电脑，在所在省市有固定住所；
7、2009年第一批招收的规模在10名左右；
