另类方法使用Blog
除了以上常规方法，若你是Gmail用户，还可以用Gmail作为自己Blog的引擎，架设Gmail Blog。
使用Gmail Blog需要下载Gallina，这是一个利用PHP编写的Gmail中提供的函数库libgmailer把Gmail中储存的信息以添加Blog的形式读入的PHP小程序，它能把Gmail邮箱里inbox中带星号的邮件抓取出来生成xml，然后用xslt解析，做成Blog的样子。
从Gallina的官方网站http://ion.gluch.org.mx/files/Hacks/gallina/下载程序并解压缩，用UltraEdit、记事本或其它软件打开index.php、includeconfig.php编辑，使其符合自己网站的地址以及Gmail用户名和密码。然后将程序用FTP软件上传到你支持PHP脚本的网站空间，设置cache和gallina目录为完全读写权限（Unix下777）。

【Gmail】
1)所发信件有附件的时候，先保存一下草稿"save draft"，然后再发，成功率高一些，我的体会。by Study.
2)提醒新手，访问gmail用https://gmail.google.com别忘了S,还要勾上TLS选项。 by album1.
3)使用gmail邮箱发送附件时，附件最好不要存在中文目录或是中文文件名，这样就可以避免收到的文件是未知文件类型。 by prosuc.
4)Gmail明码标附，10M, 不用多想。 by GmailUser.
5)gmail邮箱9个月不登陆，会被注销；发出去的邀请，3个星期不注册，会过期（废了）；邮箱中的邀请，没有期限。 by prosuc.
6)没有黑名单，没有拒收，发信时候没有是否保存信件选项，不支持发送html信件，拒收发exe，bat等类型附件，拒收发zip打包的exe,bat文件(当然我们可以打Rar包)，没有virus检测。 by eDonkey.
7)国外的mail服务器还是gmail最快。 by album1.
8)gmail邀请的生成没有什么规律，wallop现在一注册就有6个邀请名额！orkut邀请是没有限额的。 by prosuc.
9)也支持rss读信，频道网址https://gmail.google.com/gmail/feed/atom 或 http://gmailusername:password@gmail.google.com/gmail/feed/atom/ by eDonkey.
10）Gmail可以用于正式场合了，如果你担心乱码问题，可以用foxmail接收或者利用它的转发功能。by prosuc。
11)屡次OPSSS后还是无能为力，用户断个线换个IP就可以重新操作了。by 浅吟低唱.
