Program Description
Siemens PTD M is attracting high-potential fresh graduates to join its talent pool. Within two years, the trainees receive systematic and comprehensive training on product and process, technical and commercial knowledge, professionalism and leadership, rotate in various departments in Siemens Ltd. China as well as our operating companies in Shanghai, Wuxi and Shenzhen and finally apprentice on-the-job in regional offices throughout China. After the succesfful program graduation, the trainees become technically proficient sales representatives, project managers, site managers, and business development specialists, etc. This form excellent foundation for their career path in Siemens.
Training contents at a glance:
• Culture and Behavior: Siemens corporate culture, team building. "Transition From Students to Professionals"
• Product and Process: vocational training as electrician ; Power Transmission and Distribution technology and application ; Vacumm technology; Gas Insulated Switchgear technology ; Medium Voltage switchgears ; Application in Wind industry, etc.
• Rotation in various departments in Siemesn Ltd. China and 3 factories in Shanghai, Wuxi, Shenzhen: Factory assembling, Offer and Order Department, Customer service department, Marketing department, Business Development Department, etc.
• Real tasks are given to individuals as well as to teams during department rotation. Competition and teamwork are essential.
• Building up communication and leadership competency: social ability, communication skills, teamwork mentality
• Periodic exam and evaluation
• 6 months on-the-job apprentice in regional offices.

Targetingpositions: sales representatives(in 22 regional sales offices as below), project managers, site managers, business development specialists(in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Wuxi, and Shenzhen)
North: BEijing, Tianjin, Xi'an, Taiyuan, Jinan, Shenyang,
East: Changzhou, Shanghai, He Fei, Fuzhou, Wuxi,
South: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Nanning, Kunming, Guiyang, Nanning
Central and West: Urumuqi, Yinchuan, Chengdu, Xi'an,
The trainees will not be assigned to specific job position at first. They will be recolated after the two-year training. Applicants shall state their choice in relocation or they shall be flexible in relocation.

Electrical Engieering, BA
Engish CET:4
